For many years, Sharon was a franchise services and training manager for a cruise-specialty chain of travel agencies. In short, she taught travel agency owners the ins and outs of the travel business. It takes a lot of travelling to really understand the nuances that make up the differences between a dream vacation and a "get-me-back-home" nightmare. Sharon has travelled to all 50 states and more than 30 countries. She has been on over 35 ocean cruises. Bruce has been by her side much of the time. They love to travel together.

Sharon and Bruce Johnson are vegetable farmers in Minnesota, where the summers are intense and the winters are still. When Bruce and Sharon aren't in the fields or running their farm stand, their minds turn toward travel.

Sharon handles the travel planning side of their business. Whether it's in making sure that their hosted tours are full of rich experiences, or designing a custom vacation for travel clients, Sharon is always busy researching new places, new ships, and new trends. Farming gives her the flexibility to always be available for clients - in the summer or the winter.
